Refunds and Returns policy:

Thank you for shopping at Teckdex! We strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied or need to return an item, please review the following refund and return policy.

1.Return Conditions:

Products purchased from Teckdex may be returned under the following conditions:

– The item must be in its original condition and unused, with all original packaging and accessories included.

– The product must not be damaged or altered in any way.

– The item must be accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

– The return request must be submitted within 14 days of receiving the product.

Please note, the following goods cannot be returned:

– Goods which are clearly personalised or made to your specifications.

– Goods which are liable to deteriorate rapidly.

– Goods with health protection or hygiene considerations, if opened.

– Audio or video recordings or computer software, if opened. – Newspapers, periodicals and magazines.

Important note: All orders must be returned directly to the retailer(s). Please do not return any items to Teckdex head office. We will not accept liability for any goods returned directly to Teckdex.

2.Return Process:

To return an item, please follow these steps:

2. Our support team will review your request and provide you with the necessary instructions for returning the item.

3. After approval, send the item back to the specified address. The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrectly shipped.

3.Additional information:

-Goods returned must be in a saleable condition.

-Goods returned must be unworn/unused with original tags and packaging.

-Goods should be packaged so that both the item and the brand packaging (if applicable) are not damaged in transit. Teckdex and our retailers do not accept responsibility for items damaged in transit.

Where you purchased from multiple retailers, please send goods to each retailer separately.

We strongly recommend using a tracked mail service (with insurance where appropriate for goods value), retaining proof of postage.

Teckdex and our retailers do not accept responsibility for items lost in return transit.

If a returned item is being shipped internationally, please mark as “RETURNED GOODS” to avoid the retailer incurring any customs charges on receipt of your return.

4.Damaged or faulty goods:

If your order arrived damaged, or you’re having problems with a product you’ve bought, please raise an enquiry with the retailer as soon as possible by

Please note: Most retailers will require an image or video showing the damage, fault or incorrect item received to be able to provide a solution. The most common solutions to resolving issues relating to damaged or faulty goods are: The retailer may be able to provide a replacement.

The retailer may offer a discount to keep the goods with minor damage.

If a retailer cannot replace the item, and you do not wish to accept a discount, you can cancel the order and return the goods for a full refund. Some retailers may offer to collect the goods. Some retailers will provide you with a free returns label for this purpose. However if a retailer is unable to collect the item or provide a free returns label, they will refund reasonable returns postage costs upon you providing a copy of your returns postage receipt.

5.Refusing delivery:

If you refuse to accept delivery of all or part of your order (where the products or packaging do not appear to be damaged or defective) any fees and charges incurred by the retailer due to a package being refused may be deducted from your merchandise refund. The same will apply if the tracking states that delivery has been attempted and the item is awaiting collection from a postal depot, and that item is not collected and returned to the sender.

6.Refund Conditions:

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, if it meets the return conditions, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment. Refunds may take 7 to 10 business days to process and reflect in your account. Refunds are only provided for items that qualify for returns and are received in the stated conditions.

7.Non-Returnable Items:

The following items are not eligible for returns or refunds: – Discounted or special sale items that are marked as non-returnable.

– Used items or items without original packaging.

8.Defective or Incorrect Items:

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue. In such cases, Teckdex will cover the return shipping costs and send a replacement at no additional charge.

9.Exchanges:

Currently, we do not offer exchanges. If you need to exchange an item, please return it first, and once the refund is processed, place a new order.
